Fasoli Wines
Valpolicella DOC
Classico Superiore
The grape production zone for the production of wines with the appellation of origin Valpolicella (“denominazione di origine controllata”) and the designation “classico” includes the towns of Negrar, Marano, Fumane, Sant’Ambrogio and San Pietro in Cariano. The wines produced in this zone are of average alcohol content and well structured and have an interesting polyphenolic composition.
The “superiore” variant, which is produced with hand-picked grapes, must be aged for a minimum of one year and therefore takes on a ruby red color with notes of garnet; the aroma is lightly ethereal and vanilla; the taste is refined, harmonious, dry and velvety“ (From the regulations concerning the production of Valpolicella DOC).
Food matches
Valpolicella Ripasso can be paired with first courses but also with slightly seasoned and non-spicy cold cuts and cheeses.

Wine must be an emotional and pleasurable experience. Only if you experience such feelings when you taste it, is it worthwhile to purchase it.
