“Ottenuto dall’appassimento delle uve conservate in fruttai per 100/120 giorni e da un arresto della fermentazione per conservare la percentuale di zucchero necessaria a garantire la struttura tipica di questo vino.

"This wine is obtained from grapes partially dried in “fruttai” (temperature and humidity controlled drying rooms) for 100 to 120 days, after which fermentation is intentionally stopped before completion in order to conserve the sugar content necessary to guarantee the typical structure of this wine.

It has an intense ruby red color that is dark and sometimes impenetrable, with strong aromas of dried fruit and cherry liqueur, which harmoniously transition to a sustained full fat flavor with good acidity.
